I would also guess that it would be a good way to go out with a bang - the ticket sales and merchandise sales will be far higher if it's the last one - meaning they'll get more income. I personally wouldn't have made a tour this year if it hadn't been the farewell one - with a young one I find that I have to make choices between different things and gigs aren't really on the radar at the moment.

Don't worry folks - the passing in Parliament of the Important Band Compulsory Reformation Act, 2010, which resulted in the return of Pulp, will be brought into action again in the near future. It's been temporarily suspended since some twat used it on Cast. And Kula Shaker.
