How long will you be out of the country for? 8 weeks Not complaining, in fact very excited about it, just poor timing on the part of Morriss et al - don't they know to consult my travel schedule before planning tours?!

Ahh no easy way of getting around that one then, a little holiday and you'd have made it, but the tour's not quite that long.
Hopefully there'll be enough festivals you can make it to one or two of them before you leave... or we could always hope the Bluetones time keeping is up to the usual standards and them saying September actually means it won't happen until months later!

That will be no good at all! I'm hoping for some northern gigs early September. Fat chance of us getting another Leeds gig though.

They clearly don't like Leeds that much. In the last 4 tours they played Leeds once. I think I've ranted about this enough in the past! I'm prepared to travel (within reason), but Leeds would be nice. They got a good turn out last time.

They might have missed it in a few tours, but in the middle of that they still played the Brudenell as a non big tour gig, and a couple of tours after that the band couldn't understand why they were playing Manchester for the millionth time in a row when they hadn't done Leeds for so long. I definitely think the band enjoy their gigs there, but what cities they end up in isn't always up to them.
