Hmmm. I can't find any statistics on child abuse per capita in the UK, so we'll just have to go with stereotyping the West Country and say that 90% of them are related to each other, hence kiddy-fiddling is kept in the family.
A further problem would be that in areas where molesting children is considered the norm, for example Jersey, abuse would be hugely under-reported, and thus the statistics would be meaningless.
