Mark started a pledge campaign for his new album on Monday, and reached his target within 2 days! This means the new album is coming (and soon, not in a few years time!) he just needs to get all that recording and mixing and printing up CD stuff done.
Although he's already reached the target amount he needed to fund the recording, you can still pledge on the album and all the stuff he has listed with it until the time runs out (so there's loads of time), just as long as you don't want to buy one of the things that are limited, or everyone else will probably snap them up first if you're not quick.
If you're thinking "pledge? What's that weird thing, I'll just wait until he's selling it at the back of a gig thanks" then fine... just know we'll all have heard it before you, and possibly got some other goodies you won't have chance to buy off a merch table/amazon.
