So, it's been a year since the last Bluetones gig, has everyone managed to survive? Has anyone managed to find a new band to love now all their time isn't spent following the Bluetones around the country?
Obviously, the boys can't be replaced... but you must have some bands to get your gig fix. What are everyone's current favourites?
*wonders how many more years it'll take for this post to get a reply*

Yay someone's still reading!
Currently my music listening has mostly been The Dears, Bobby Jealousy, Leisure Society and Brendan Benson.
Haven't been to many gigs lately, but the band I've enjoyed the most so far this year was probably Dodgy.

I still read the site! Probably fair to say I've continued seeing The Charlatans, although I've seen more of The Stone Roses this year. Also been to a few non tones or Charlies related gigs recently, including We Are Augustines (an American Scouting for Girls IMO) and even went to see a comedian, Mark Watson. Still missing the lads though, don't think anyone can replace them and the fantastic nights out and friends I've made as a result of their music.

At least I get to regular Wedding Present and Half Man Half Biscuit gigs. Six By Seven have also reformed, but no gigs announced yet. Sure sign you're getting old when most of the bands you love have broken up.

That just means you need to hunt down some new ones! (and hope they don't split up as soon as you've got into them... seems to happen a lot with me)

I have tried, but not much floats my boat, though I really like The Joy Formidable.
