Bluetonic Keep The Home Fires Burning A New Athens Marblehead Johnson Between Clark and Hilldale Never Going Nowhere Slight Return If...
The band were on top form and the Big Tent (the 2nd stage) was packed. Biggest audience of the weekend, apparently! I'm not going to say if the festival was any good over all as I don't want any of you twats coming to spoil it next year.

Yes, Mark tinkled the ivories on Never Going Nowhere! Was a lovely festival but way too short a set, felt like they just got started when they played If. Was the first time I'd seen them since news of the split and have to admit to having a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye

I shall be there! Yes we were surprised too, but there you have it. Frankie & The Heartstrings were on before them, the crowd dispersed for the changeover, I was concerned there wasn't going to be much of an audience for the Tones but it was rammed. There were a lot of boos at the end as Mark mentioned splitting!

i dont think they are that similar, though they have done gigs together! the duncles are cracking but bloody tricky to dance to. going from mark's tweets, Prince was quite something at Hop Farm last night....i wonder how come they booked him as it seems an odd choice for that sort of festival.

they probably booked him by waving £1.5 million under his nose, though it was interesting to see they were hawking tickets online for it last night for £80 on the gate, cash only.it would have been tough for me to decide who to save the bulk of my urine for, morrissey or prince.

by the way, does anyone remember the rumours that prince used to love the bluetones, hence the new jangly guitar sound around the time of "could you be the most beautiful girl in the world" or whatever it's called,i swear i'm not making this up!
